January 2026 Monthly Passive Income Report: $3,510.28

Sorry for another late post. Just been working longer hours. Here is my passive income report for January. I was happy to be able to hit the $3,000 mark again this month.

1. Dividend Stocks

Nothing crazy here just monthly dividend payments.

Total Dividend Income: $28.75

2. Option Trading

I did a fair amount of puts and calls, but put options paid out more premium than the call options hence why my put option income is higher.

Below is a breakdown of all the premiums I earned for the month:

  • Covered Calls: $1,357
  • Cash-Secured Puts: $2,047
  • Credit Spreads (None): $0

3. High-Yield Savings

Much lower savings interest income as the rates have been going down and having to pay a ton of credit card bills. Hopefully I can stabilize my spending so I won’t be at a deficit every month.

  • Total Income from High-Yield Savings: $54.53

4. Atlas Earth

I managed to buy more virtual land this month to hit my next tier. Since I am subscripted to their monthly plan for $49.99 I can get their virtual cash at a higher rate everyday which makes purchasing virtual land faster. I am currently saving up so I can get to the next tier so my monthly income can be higher.

  • Total Income from Atlas Earth: $20

5. Amazon KDP

This month was flat. I only sold one book this month. I was hoping to sell more due to how much I sold in December. Perhaps I need to work on more books to get more sales.

  • Total Income from Amazon KDP: $3

Total Passive Income For This Month

  • Total Income from All Streams: $3,510.28

Here’s the full breakdown of my passive income for the month:

  • Dividend Stocks: $28.75
  • Option Trading: $3,404
  • High-Yield Savings: $54.53
  • Atlas Earth: $20
  • Amazon KDP: $3

Final Thoughts:

I am pretty happy with hitting the $3,000 mark on the first month of 2026. I am not sure how things will go this year due to all this AI hype and layoffs are always happening. I hope everything stabilizes so I can continue doing options.
