The stock market has been on a rollercoaster ride all month, but I didn’t let that affect my income as I was willing to take the risk to make money then wait for a good opportunity. I was able to hit the $3,000, so I am pretty happy about the outcome here. Now lets take the deep dive here.
This income increase nearly 283 dollars due to SCHD ETFs paying quarterly dividends and the stock lending program. I’ve also been slowing adding more REITs stock as I want to end up with at least $1000 passive income by year end.
I started doing consistent covered calls with NVDA stock because I really wanted to generate income even though the stock has been in the 105 to 110 range. I didn’t want to wait until the stock price is nearly $120 to do call options at $130. So I have been doing either $120 or $125 call options. Even if I break even I have already collected the premium.
Below is a breakdown of all the premiums I earned for the month:
Since I don’t have any income from an actual job, I have been spending the money to pay for bill. Chances are this will likely decrease over time.
No change here as I haven’t really purchase more virtual properties. I won’t do that until I am able to reach the next tier of rental bonus to get the maximum rental income at all times.

Final Thoughts:
I am pretty happy that I actually made at least $3,000 of passive income this month. I wasn’t sure I was going to hit that mark given the stock market conditions and the fact that I still don’t have a job yet. Hopefully that will change in the coming months.
