July Monthly Passive Income Report: $2,967.43

1. Dividend Stocks

My dividends took a dip here as I barely invest in monthly dividends.

Total Dividend Income: $14.74

2. Option Trading

The market recovers and drops based on news in the media. I was able to get back on the covered calls wagon when the market recovered which is why it is higher than my puts. None the less I have been doing more credit spread to generate high returns with less capital.

Below is a breakdown of all the premiums I earned for the month:

  • Covered Calls: $2,196
  • Cash-Secured Puts: $661
  • Credit Spreads: $284
  • Early Option Close Out: $0
  • Selling Profits: $0

3. High-Yield Savings

After selling our home at the end of this month I transferred all the money into my online savings account which was generating around 18 dollars a day. Also another big reason for the large amount is from my quarterly Netspend accounts which provides 5% interest on up to $1,000.

  • Total Income from High-Yield Savings: $160.69

4. Atlas Earth

I added enough properties to get to the next tier. So I will be making more money over time.

  • Total Income from Atlas Earth: $30

5. Amazon KDP

Three books this month alone.

  • Total Income from Amazon KDP: $10

Total Passive Income For This Month

  • Total Income from All Streams: $2,967.43

Here’s the full breakdown of my passive income for the month:

  • Dividend Stocks: $14.74
  • Option Trading: $2,752
  • High-Yield Savings: $160.69
  • Atlas Earth: $30
  • Amazon KDP: $10

Final Thoughts:

I almost hit $3,000 passive income this month. Had I did some covered calls with HOOD instead of waiting for their earning report I would have made an additional $400 dollars for the month. I told myself to be patience this time so I don’t get caught off guard.
