I was happy to hit the $2,000 mark this month given that I wasn’t able to hit that for the last two months. I had to change up my strategy this month as most of my covered calls were executed. So here is the breakdown.
Now that I don’t own to much GAIN stock I am only getting around 10 dollars a month, but I was able to make an additional $115 this month due to SCHD quarterly payout and MISC (Vanguard ETF). I believe this won’t be much going forward.
Total Dividend Income: $146.48
I had to change up my strategy now that all my SOFI and NVDA covered calls have been executed. I started doing put options for SOFI, NVDA, PLTR and AMD to generate income. I also started looking at other stocks like NU (Banking sector) and NVTS (Semi-conductors) to add to my put option strategy.
Below is a breakdown of all the premiums I earned for the month:
A major change here. I started using my Netspend 5% savings account again. The only restriction is you only get 5% on the first $1,000 and anything after that is not even worth it. Other than that my temp job is helping me cover the bills so my spouse won’t have to. This will continue for about another year.
This won’t change for a while as I am trying to accumulate for Atlas cash to buy enough properties for the next tier income.
5. Amazon KDP
I only managed to sell one word search book this month. I don’t see myself doing much with this account except just leaving it there for random income here and there.
Here’s the full breakdown of my passive income for the month:
Final Thoughts:
I hit the $2,000 mark this month which was great. I had to change my strategy a bit this month by doing put option as oppose to covered calls. I am hoping to do more next month to generate at least $2,000 again. Stay tune for the next update.
