Okay, folks here is my February passive income report. Not as high as last month, but I managed to make over $1,500. Again my goal is to hit at least $5,000 of passive income per month.
Let’s dive into the numbers and details!
1. Dividend Stocks
This month’s dividend income came from mostly real estate stocks that pay a monthly dividend. I am slowing working on building a portfolio of real estate stocks to increase my monthly payout.
- Total Dividend Income: $231.60
- GAIN: 229.15

2. Option Trading
Option trading wasn’t as much as last month due to the uncertainty with tariffs that the Trump administration has been exploring. Investors are afraid that tariffs will affect people’s spending habits hence business will not be as profitable.
Here’s a breakdown of the option trades that brought in premiums this month:
- Covered Calls: $0
- Cash-Secured Puts (NVDA, SOFI): $1,336
- Credit Spreads (SOFI): $88
3. High-Yield Savings
Savings interest went down a bit due to not having a job currently and having to pay bills.
- Total Income from High-Yield Savings: $90.86
4. Atlas Earth
Similar to last month I only earn $20 dollars as I haven’t added anymore virtual properties. I am hoping to add more in the near future.

Final Thoughts:
February 2025 wasn’t a great month for my passive income streams especially my option trading. Tariffs were definitely the main factor for a lower option trading income, but I have fate that things will get better and I can continue making money from it.
